1. How does sleep effect your learning? 2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning? 3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not? 1. 9/10 hrs effects your learning 2. i sleep 8hours each night i think its enough because if i sleep early and wake up early i go crazy in classes and i feel sometimes tired in the morning and sleepy. 3. I wont change anything after i read this article because this is my routine of my life and it will be hard to change it cuz i cant sleep early
